Rule 39K
Land use cannot be changed without approval
: (1) Rule 39j. The land designated for one use shall not be used for another use without taking the approval of the committee constituted as per sub-rule. (2) When seeking approval to change the use of the land of land use determined as per sub-rule (1), an application shall be made in the format as per Schedule-21. (3) Sub-rule - In the application according to rule (2), the committee can give approval if it deems it appropriate after making the necessary inquiry.
