Section 71
Collective investment scheme not to be operated without approval
(1) No person shall, without obtaining the approval of the Board in accordance with this Act, operate a collective investment scheme or cause any of the following to be done:-(a) make any advertisement inviting participation in a collective investment scheme or direct or indirectly any person to participate in such scheme; (b) To give opinion, advice or consultation to anyone to participate in collective investment scheme. (2) Whoever violates subsection (1) shall be deemed to have committed an offense under this Act.
