Rule 17B
Acceptance may be revoked:
(1) According to section 21 of the Act, if a person is considered to be employed abroad after having been given permission to go abroad for employment, the concerned person may report to the department along with a valid passport to revoke such permission.
(2) The department may cancel the permission given to go abroad for employment if necessary investigation is done on the application made according to sub-rule (1).
