(1) According to sub-section (2) of section 11 of the Act, if any organization wants to establish and operate a service center, it must submit an application to the ministry in the format as per Schedule-5 for approval.
(2) Upon examination of the application received in accordance with sub-rule (1), if it is found that such an organization fulfills the criteria as per rule 10, the Ministry shall specify the necessary conditions and give approval to that organization to establish and operate a service center in the format as per schedule-6.
