Section 141
Voluntary termination of employment

(1) The worker can terminate the employment by submitting a written resignation to the employer.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the employer must accept the resignation given by the worker within fifteen days and inform the concerned worker.
(3) If the employer does not accept the resignation within the period specified in sub-section (2), such resignation shall be deemed to have been automatically accepted from the day after the expiry of that period. (4) Elsewhere in this section
