Section 141
Voluntary termination of employment

(1) The worker can terminate the employment by submitting a written resignation to the employer.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the employer must accept the resignation given by the worker within fifteen days and inform the concerned worker.
(3) If the employer does not accept the resignation within the period specified in sub-section (2), such resignation shall be deemed to have been automatically accepted from the day after the expiry of that period.
(4) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this section, the resignation given by the worker may be canceled by mutual consent of the employer and the worker. (5) If the worker continues to work in the same establishment even after the resignation has been accepted, his resignation will be considered cancelled.
