Section 38
Who can get voluntary financial assistance

(1) Nepali citizens or organized organizations can voluntarily provide financial support to the party.
(2) The party shall not take financial support from the following government offices, organizations or individuals:-
(a) Any agency or office of the Government of Nepal, State Government and local level,
(b) An organized body wholly or partially owned or controlled by the Government of Nepal, State Government or local level,
(c) Public Limited Company in which shares are held by the general public,
(d) any public or community university, campus, school or academic or educational institution,
(e) National and international non-governmental organizations,
(f) a foreign government, entity or person,
(g) unnamed person or entity,
(h) Other organizations designated by the Commission.
(3) According to this section, when the party receives financial support of more than twenty five thousand rupees from any person or organization, it shall be done only through bank check or bank transfer.
(4) The party shall give a receipt for all the financial support received according to this section (5) When providing financial support in accordance with this section, the party should not provide it on the condition of taking any financial or personal benefit from the party and the party should not receive such support.
(6) When the party takes more than the specified amount of support, it should be taken only after disclosing its source.
(7) Other arrangements related to financial assistance shall be as prescribed.
