Section 92
A petition can be filed to maintain the right
If a case has been dismissed, annulled or otherwise decided by the court or the third party's rights have been affected due to a settlement in accordance with the law, such a person can file a petition to cancel such decision or settlement within thirty-five days from the date of knowing it and maintain his rights.
