Notwithstanding anything written in section 16, land to be acquired under this Act on behalf of "Nepal government, state government, local level or organization wholly owned by Nepal government or state government" If there is land that exceeds the limit to be kept according to the Act, 2021, the compensation for such land shall not exceed the amount of compensation to be received according to the Land Act, 2021.
