(1) When nominating a right holder, a document must be prepared in the presence of at least two witnesses and such document must be signed by the nominating members and witnesses.

(2) Sub-rule ( 1) A member who nominates a right holder may only nominate one person as a right holder in the event that he does not hold more than one share. The distribution of shares and rights should be clearly disclosed in writing.
