In case of death of a minor or a person who is not at home or not at home, his rightful owner may file a complaint within the time limit from the date of his death.
(2) If a minor dies within thirty-five days or more after reaching the age of majority, within thirty-five days of his death, and if he dies within thirty-five days of his death, his rightful owner may file a complaint within thirty-five days of his death.
(3) If a person who is not at the address of the house dies within thirty-five days or more after his arrival at the address, his rightful owner may file a complaint within thirty-five days from the date of his death.
