: (1) After receiving the removal or destruction order according to section 6, 12 or 13, the relevant importer shall remove or destroy such animals, animal products or animal products.
(2) If the relevant importer does not remove or destroy the animals, animal products or animal products according to sub-section (1), the quarantine officer himself may remove or destroy such animals, animal products or animal products.
(3) According to sub-section (2), all expenses incurred in removing or destroying animals, animal products or animal product materials shall be collected from the importer along with the government balance.
