Section 62
Calculation of the period of limitation
(1) If the period of limitation is specified in number of days, the number of days specified should be calculated in terms of number of days.
(2) When counting the days according to sub-section (1), the period of limitation shall be maintained from the day after the commencement of the limitation period.
(3) If the period of limitation is fixed in months, it should be calculated in terms of months as many days as months are fixed in terms of sakranti.
(4) If the period of limitation is specified in years, the period of twelve months shall be considered as one year and the number of years specified shall be calculated by the number of years.
