Section 41
Limitation
A person who is aggrieved by the actions taken in accordance with this paragraph may file a complaint as follows:-
(a) In the case of section 36, within three months from the date of such action,
(b) in the case of sub-section (5) of section 40, within one year from the date of knowing that such action has been taken,
(c) Within six months from the date on which such action has been taken in cases other than those written in clauses (a) and (b).
