. (1) According to clause (j) of Rule 7, political parties applying for party registration in accordance with this regulation shall submit a signed petition with the support of ten thousand voters, each voter's name, district, constituency, village Ward, Voter's registration serial number, voter's citizenship number and district issued, mother's or father's/husband's name and surname, attached in the format as per Schedule-4 and submitted to the Commission in the format as per Schedule-3.
(2) The signed application with the support of the voters and the details of the voters attached to it must be verified by the authorized person.
