(1) Employees assigned under Rule 8 shall attend the office to which they are assigned subject to the provisions of Section 7 of the Act. The employee who does not go will be punished according to the law.

(3) It will be the duty of the administrative head or officer of the agency or office where such employee is assigned to make the employee appear and give responsibility.

(4) As soon as the employee assigned according to Rule 8 appears, the relevant office shall inform the ministry, the service operating body and the civil library.
