(1) Hazardous, chemical, organic or inorganic waste shall not be mixed with other waste.

(2) Hazardous, chemical, organic or inorganic waste treatment Only when it is treated as normal waste, arrangements should be made for its final disposal.

(3) The person, organization or body responsible for managing harmful, chemical, organic or inorganic waste must produce, process, dispose and manage such waste. Approval will have to be obtained from the local authority. After taking the approval in this way, the local body should be informed about the methods, standards, methods, technology and management site to be adopted in managing the waste and keep the records. The method and technology should be approved according to whether the standards set by the Government of Nepal are suitable. It will monitor whether it is managed according to the method, criteria, method, technology and management site according to the approval received. The person, organization or agency may make a request to the local body and if requested, the local body may manage the waste by charging a service fee. (7) Collection, storage and transfer of harmful, chemical, organic or inorganic waste. (8) When processing harmful, chemical, organic or inorganic waste, it should be done in such a way that the harmful elements in such waste are destroyed and only when it is similar to normal waste, its final removal and disposal should be arranged.

(9) The person, organization or agency that produces harmful, chemical, organic or inorganic waste shall fully comply with the standards determined by the Government of Nepal and prevailing environmental laws regarding the management of such waste.
