Rule 43
Postal order
within 6 months of the last day of the month of sale, if the postal order and the accompanying bill are submitted to the place where the postal order was purchased and the price of the postal order is returned, the price will be refunded excluding the commission. If the last day of the month in which the postal order was sold exceeds 6 months, but the second commission has been paid, the price can be refunded excluding the commission within 12 months.
