Section 50
Punishment for fraudulently sending postal items without payment of postal duty
: If an employee of a post office, in accordance with the manner prescribed under this Act, sends any postal item with the intention of forgery, for which postal duty has not been paid or collected, he shall be imprisoned for a term not exceeding two years or Punishment up to twenty thousand rupees or both.
