Rule 23
Postal item redirection (redirection)

(1) Except as stated in rule 25, if the addressee of any postal item is not found and after re-direction, the item will be delivered by other internal post office, it will be delivered to the addressee without any additional charges. Re-direction can only be done by postal address.
(2) Postal items delivered by internal post can be forwarded if the postal employee or addressee's representative re-directs them as follows:-
(a) In the case of unregistered postal items, if the addressee's representative returns the item without opening it, or returns it to the post office of delivery,
(b) In the case of a registered item, if the addressee's representative hands the item to the delivery post without opening the item and not printing the receipt.
