If a document is required to be served by post by any Nepal Act or if that law gives the authority to do so, if the words "to deliver", "give", "send" or any other such words appear, to serve unless otherwise intended. It means that it should be remembered that the revenue has already been paid and registered and filed with the address in a well-addressed envelope.
