Rule 65
Goods imported by post must be registered at the customs office
(1) If any goods arrive from Pulinda through post in the name of someone, the concerned post office shall notify the person receiving the Pulinda and send it to the customs officer of the local customs office near that Pulinda.
(2) If someone wants to export goods from the post office of Nepal to foreign countries by means of pulinda, only if he brings it with a notification letter that has been checked by the customs officer of the nearest local customs office, the post office shall run such a pulinda wuzhi only.
