The Government of Nepal may provide hedging facilities for the following projects involving foreign debt investment:-

(a) One hundred megawatts or more High capacity hydropower generation,
(b) 220 kVA. Construction of power transmission lines longer than thirty kilometers of capacity or more,
(c) Construction of railway, metro and monorail longer than ten kilometers,
(d) Construction of expressways longer than fifty kilometers,
(e) Other projects decided by the Government of Nepal, Council of Ministers.
