1. The hotel owner will have the following duties:
(a) Write down the details of the name, citizenship, occupation, date of arrival and address of the customer who came to the hotel.
(b) If the room is vacant in the hotel, customers other than those suffering from communicable or contagious diseases should be allowed to stay.
(c) Providing pure and holy food to the customers who come to the hotel at a reasonable price.
(d) To protect the customer as much as possible.
(e) If the customer wants to pledge the customer's goods in cash, rupees or any other valuable thing, he will take his responsibility and give a receipt for the same to be returned at the time requested by the customer.
(f) Taking care of peace and security while selling or serving alcohol.
(g) Keeping the hotel clean and tidy.
(h) When serving alcohol to the customer, alcohol should not be served in such a large amount that the customer loses consciousness or cannot control himself.
(i) Arrange to serve alcohol inside the hotel.
(2) If the goods taken under the responsibility according to clause (e) of sub-section (1) are destroyed due to a divine event, the hotel owner will not be responsible for such goods.
