Rule 8
1 Provisions related to inspection
: (1) The Commission shall inspect the universities and educational institutions that have been granted subsidies from time to time.
(2) The commission will appoint a team consisting of one or more people as needed to inspect.
(3) The inspection team shall submit its report to the Commission on the following matters: (a) Financial status and needs of the university or educational institution,
(b) Examination and Teaching Level,
(c) Other matters determined by the Commission.
(4) The Commission shall collect the necessary information by sending a questionnaire to the university or educational institution before conducting the inspection in accordance with this rule in order to obtain the information prescribed by the Commission.
(5) The Commission will send and inform in advance of the inspection time.
(6) It will be the responsibility of the institution to provide necessary information to the tollies that have been inspected, and to assist the institution's head and other appropriate officials throughout the inspection by providing requested details and information.
(7) The commission shall submit the report as per sub-rule (3) above to the quality assurance committee as per rule 5.1 and get it evaluated by that committee.
(8) The team that is going to evaluate may see the record and ask questions to the person, the official who is considered suitable in the process of carrying out the work entrusted to him.
