Rule 6
1 Position, rank, category, minimum qualification of the employees of the Council
: (1) The position, rank, category and the minimum qualification required for the position of the employee in the Council shall be as specified in Schedule-8.
(2) Except as stated in sub-rule (1), if it is necessary to create a new post for the council, the registrar shall submit the workload, the financial obligations arising from it and the resources thereof to the open council.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), if a new post is submitted for creation, the council shall consider the workload and the financial obligations to be created, and if it is necessary to create a post, it shall request the Ministry of Health for the approval of the post.
(4) According to sub-rule (3) if the request made by the Council is approved by the Ministry of Health, the Council will create such a post as approved.
(5) The vacancy committee will make a job description for each position in the service and the work, duties, rights and responsibilities of the respective positions will also be mentioned in such job description.
