: 3.1.1 For the purpose of ensuring complete safety of civil aviation, the Government of Nepal may, on the recommendation of the committee, publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and establish a security committee at the airports as required. 3.1.2 On the recommendation of the committee, the Government of Nepal may publish a notice in the Nepal Gazette and make necessary additions or changes to the members of the security committee constituted as per sub-rule 3.1.1. 3.1.3 The meeting procedures of the airport security committee shall be as determined by the said committee itself.  3.1.4 The Secretariat of the Airport Security Committee will be in the Civil Aviation Office of the concerned airport.
