(1.) The office of the Chairman shall be deemed to be vacant in the following cases:
(a) If his written resignation is accepted by the Government of Nepal or,
(b) if he is found guilty by a court of law on a criminal charge of moral turpitude, or
(c) on completion of term, or
(d) polynomial, or
(e) on his death, or
(f) If modified according to sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Act.
