: (1) For the purpose of appointing employees to the vacant posts of the Council, following principles and methods approved by the Public Service Commission shall be adopted to select a suitable candidate and recommend his/her name to the Chairman as follows -
(a) Members of the Council appointed by the Chairman – Chairman
(b) Members of the Council appointed by the Chairman – Member
(c) Registrar – Member – Secretary
(2) The post filling committee may invite experts related to the posts to be filled to the meeting as experts as needed.
(3) The entire procedure related to the meeting of the post filling committee shall be as determined by the said committee.
(4) The meeting allowance for the chairperson, member, member-secretary and expert of the vacancy committee shall be as specified in schedule-7.
