: 1.2.1 Unless the subject or context indicates otherwise, in this regulation - 1.2.1.1 "Committee" shall mean the National Civil Aviation Safety Committee established in accordance with Rule 2.1. 1.2.1.2 "Airport Security Committee" means the Airport Air Security Committee constituted as per rule 3.1. 1.2.1.3 "Authority" means the Nepal Civil Aviation Authority established under the Nepal Civil Aviation Authority Act, 2053. 1.2.1.4 "Director General" means the Director General of the Authority.
