: The commission will generally conduct the following programs to increase the academic level of teachers working in higher education: (a) Promotion of research.
(b) study teaching tour.
(c) scholarly attitude.
(d) Development of physical facilities.
(e) Library strengthening and equipment.
(f) Study material development.
(g) Educational seminars, workshops, trainings and conferences.
(h) Provision of teacher honors and awards.
(i) Other programs deemed appropriate by the commission.
