Rule 3

The post of Secretary shall be deemed to be vacant in the following cases:
(a) if the resignation is accepted by the Government of Nepal, or
(b) if convicted by a court of law on a criminal charge involving moral turpitude, or
(c) on completion of term, or
(d) polynomial, or
(e) in case of death, or
(f) If modified according to sub-section (3) of section 5 of the Act.
