: (1) Mention the reasons why the investigation committee is going to take action against such person during the investigation on the person who is accused of not following professional conduct or having registered his name in accordance with clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Act. In this regard, at least thirty-five days should be given to submit their explanation.
(2) When given an opportunity to submit an explanation according to sub-rule (1), the charges leveled against him must be clearly stated and the matter and reason on which each charge is based must also be disclosed.
