Rule 3
5 Remuneration and benefits
With the approval of the Government of Nepal, the Secretary will receive the following remuneration and benefits:
(1) The Secretary shall receive the remuneration determined from time to time by the Commission.
(2) The Commission shall arrange a suitable vehicle and a telephone set for the Secretary (3) The treatment expenses, tuition expenses, insurance, stipend and other benefits received by the Secretary shall be as determined by the Commission with the approval of the Ministry of Education.
(4) The facilities to be obtained by the Secretary shall be as determined by the Commission.
