: (1) Special investigation may be conducted by one or more teachers separately or jointly with respect to the subject specified by the commission or the subject proposed by the proposer and accepted by the commission.
(2) Such research can also be proposed by the relevant educational institution. The teacher's application will require the recommendation of the relevant educational institution.
(3) The received proposals will be accepted by the commission on the recommendation of the research committee and the amount approved for that will be made available to the researcher.
(4) Other matters shall be the same as Rule 7.3.
