6 Report of the Inquiry Committee: (1) The Inquiry Committee shall submit its report to the Council after completing the work of inquiry.
(2) In the report to be submitted according to sub-rule (1), a person's name should be removed from the registration book or not, along with his/her opinion along with all the evidence received.
