Rule 7
8 Delegation of Powers
: (1) The Council may delegate some of the powers granted to the Council in accordance with the Act and this regulation to the subject committee, chairman, member registrar and authorized staff of the Council.
(2) According to the Act and these regulations, they may delegate some of the powers granted to the president and the registrar to the registrar and the authorized staff of the council, respectively.
