: If the council decides to remove the name of a person from the register book of the council in accordance with rule 4.7 on the charge of not following the professional conduct or registering the name in accordance with clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Act, the registrar shall inform of such decision. The related public notice should also be published to the concerned person and the organization where he/she works.
