: In the event that a person is accused of not following professional conduct or having been registered in accordance with clause (e) of sub-section (1) of section 18 of the Act, if it is proved by the council in accordance with rule 4.7 or not, rule 4 4. In case of suspension according to 4, such suspension shall be deemed to have ended automatically.
