(1) After an application for a license or certificate is made, the office shall ………. Can be used for investigation:-
(a) The material, process or service mentioned in the application by the applicant is in accordance with Nepal quality, no, (b) the applicant has made arrangements for regular quality control and quality testing to maintain the quality of the material to be marked with the quality certificate, in accordance with Nepal quality, no and ( c) The applicant has made arrangements for facilities or tools that are accessible to inspect the production place, workshop, testing room or godown etc. in order to examine and report on the things written in clauses (a) and (b).
(2) As required for the investigation, the applicant shall provide the samples and details of the relevant substances and shall also bear all the expenses incurred while testing the samples.
(3) …… Based on the investigation, the office may make necessary amendments in the quality control and quality testing system or in the production process arranged by the applicant in relation to the related substance.
