As long as the ex-servicemen who entered the service according to this regulation remain in service, ……… shall be considered as Nepali soldiers and such ex-servicemen shall be considered as Nepali soldiers and such ex-servicemen shall be subject to the Military Act and The provisions of the rules made thereunder will apply.
