(1) There will be a local land use council at each local level for the formulation and implementation of land use areas and land use plans.
(2) The concerned village executive or city executive shall act as a local land use council.
(3) The Local Land Use Council may seek the assistance of subject matter experts in the performance of its duties.
(4) Meetings of local land use councils shall be held as required.
(5) The procedure related to the meeting of the local land use council shall be as determined by the council itself.
