Working journalists who have been in permanent service in a communication establishment for five years or more will receive the following gratuity according to the period of their work:-
(a) Half a month's salary for every year of service for a working journalist who has served from five to ten years,
(b) A working journalist who has served for ten to fifteen years, one month's salary for each year of service,
(c) Working journalists who have served for more than fifteen years, one and a half months salary for each year of service.
