(1) The Prime Minister will be the Chancellor of Pragya Pratishthan.
(2) The Chancellor will be the head of Pragya Pratishthan and the Chairman of the Assembly.
(3) The Vice-Chancellor shall have the right to inspect or investigate, conduct and give instructions on any matter or work related to Pragya Pratishthan or Pragya Pratishtan.
(4) Acts contrary to this Act or the rules or regulations made under this Act may be canceled or postponed by the Chancellor by a written order and an inquiry shall be made and the same shall be reported to the Assembly.
