Rule 135
Punishment
If there is a proper and sufficient reason, the following departmental punishment can be imposed on the teacher:-
(a) Advising,
(b) Stopping the increase in the rate for a maximum period of five years,
(c) withhold promotion for a maximum period of two years,
(d) Dismissal from employment so as not to be disqualified for future educational employment (e) Dismissal from the job so as to be deemed ineligible for future academic employment.
