(1) The accounts of the income and expenditure of the Authority shall be maintained in accordance with the
prevalent laws.
(2) The audit of the accounts of the Authority shall be done by the Auditor – General.
(3) Government of Nepal may, if it deems necessary, inspect or cause to inspect the accounts of the Authority at any time.
