Application To Be Submitted
The licensee, shall if he/she need others house
and/or land to possess or acquire for the utilization of water resources pursuant of
Sub-section (1) of Section 16 of the Act, have to submit an application to
Government of Nepal in the format as prescribed in Schedule-10.
