Export Of Minerals
14. Export of Minerals:
(1) Government of Nepal may, with a view to national security or ensure supply to meet the internal demand, impose
necessary restrictions having issued an order for prohibiting the export of any minerals in aboard.
(2) The licensee may export the minerals excavation by him/her to the foreign countries as prescribed except in circumstances where necessary restrictions have been imposed under Sub-section (1).
