For the purpose of Sub-section (2) of Section 4B. of the Act, a retailer carrying a cash memo in person, which sets
out the type, standard, quantity and price of the food and has been issued by the licensed producer or whole-seller or his/her agent, shall
be considered as the guaranteed retailer.
