Information Of Change In Address Of Motor Vehicle Owner To Be Given
(1) In the event of a change in the address of the owner of any motor vehicle registered pursuant to this Act, information thereof, accompanied also by the registration certificate, shall have to be given to the competent authority within one month. (2) Upon receipt of the information as referred to in Sub-section (1), the competent authority shall mention the new address in the registration certificate and also make necessary correction in the register.
